Scope of application
These General Terms and Conditions apply to the rental of holiday accommodations by GLG
enterprise IKE to guests.

Booking
Bookings can be made via the website, by email, or through booking platforms.
The booking becomes binding as soon as the guest receives a booking confirmation from the
landlord.

Payment terms
A deposit may be required to confirm the booking. The remaining balance is due no later
than before arrival or according to the payment terms specified in the booking confirmation.

Arrival and Departure
Check-in: as per booking confirmation.
Check-out: as per booking confirmation.
Alternative times are only possible by prior arrangement.

Use of the accommodations
The accommodations may only be used by the number of people specified in the booking.
Parties, events, or commercial use are only permitted with the express consent of the
landlord.

Duty of care
Guests are obligated to treat the accommodation and its contents with care. Any damage
must be reported to the landlord immediately.

Liability
The landlord is only liable for damages resulting from intentional or grossly negligent conduct.
No liability is assumed for loss of or damage to guests’ personal belongings.

Force majeure
In the event of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, government actions), the landlord may
cancel bookings without incurring any liability for damages.

Applicable law
The law of the Republic of Greece applies.
