Fly into Athens International Airport, available year-round. From there, enjoy a comfortable and scenic drive on the modern Peloponnese highway. The journey takes approximately 3.5 hours by rental car.
2. Via Kalamata (Seasonal Flights)
During the season, you can fly directly to Kalamata International Airport. From the airport, it’s just a relaxed 50-minute drive to our properties.
3. Via Patras by ferry (Year-Round Access)
Arrive by ferry to Patras. From there, the drive to Messinia takes approximately 3 hours.
Yes, we highly recommend it. Having a car will allow you to fully explore the beauty of the region at your own pace. You’ll find a variety of local and international rental companies. At Kalamata Airport, providers such as Sixt, Hertz, Europcar, Budget and Avis are available, along with several other options.

Yes, traditional villages with charming taverns and cafés are within walking distance. The nearest grocery stores are just 10 minutes away by car. If you would like recommendations, we are happy to assist.
The nearest beaches are only 10-15 minutes away by car. Drive an additional 15-30 minutes north or south and you’ll discover some of the most stunning and unspoiled beaches in Greece. One of the most famous beaches in the country, Voidokilia Beach, is just 20-25 minutes away. Some beaches are organized with sunbeds and facilities, while others remain beautifully natural and untouched.
Besides the beautiful beaches, this area is also great and known for Golf, Tennis, Water Sports, Hiking and more.
In our little Paradise in Pyla, which is built on a hillside, we can only accommodate children above the age of 10 years. If you have specific questions regarding family stays, please feel free to contact us.
